i heard someone say this and this is not true at all. just because we are not directly affected by the attacks and the bombing, we won't feel any impact from the war at all. since middle east is where most oil comes from, expect transportation costs to go up. whether the passenger is yourself or food or other items. the shipping fees will go up because of the gas prices. and since gas prices are more expensive, it'll be harder to transport resources making it more expensive. Reasons that war and insurgency are happening far away from us doesn't man we are separated from it entirely because in one way or the other we are linked to the war happening in the country's involved. So with that every neighbouring and linked countries would be greatly affected, there would be a tremendous hike in the prices of things and importation would be a bigger challenge as well. Every country which either imports oil from Iran or which its supply chains passed through the Strait of Hormuz would be affected firsthand because of the crisis weakening the passage of vessels through that route currently. Other countries who rely on the affected countries for products would see the price of finished goods escalated because of the increased cost of energy. It would lead to a spike global energy prices if it persists. This war is going to Have a global effect as time goes on if it is not properly handled.
