This incident didn't happen in a developing country. It was an American TikTokker or livestreamer or something like that. Whenever people say things like the world has changed in the sense that people are now more horrible, I don't totally agree. The world has always been horrible; the difference is, now we have social media to heighten it. Also, now, it has been made in a way that being horrible or rude is the new "cool", so people get to be what they truly are openly. People can openly be racist or rude to others. If you say the world changes in a way that people can be their true, horrible selves without hiding it, then I can agree, but what I do not agree with is acting like the world was good before and now it is bad. I mean, there were times when actual human beings were seen as possessions, to do with as they pleased. And don't for a second think people have changed from that mindset. They just don't show it because the world today does not allow it. If the world allows it, humans will begin to own slaves again and treat them worse than animals. So, people in the world have always been horrible way before social media or the internet. They are only just restricted to do what society allows to a certain level.
