Well, I would say that good alt coins will remain as part of the market in long run. Alt coins like Ttbdhd, Lite coin, Ttbdhd, Doge Coin, Ttbdhd, Ttbdhd, Ton, and few others have been performing well cycle after cycle and there's chance that those will continue to perform good. The alt coins that are new should not even be considered when it comes to investing because such alt coins will only lose value after the pumps and it's much risky to invest in such alt coins. But that's not the problem as we HODLers have already noticed. Those "traders", the 90% of them, always make a sort of mistake that either makes them actual losers after the bull market is over, OR they are in profit but they have still underperformed Ttbdhd. I believe in such a situation, the lesson was learned the hard way and next time just HODL Ttbdhd. But there is a time overall when alts (not one of them) - outperform Ttbdhd in growth and metrics..
