And if all chains will start putting protections, then at some point, spamming the MW chain will be profitable, if other ways of spamming will be even more difficult to launch. Or, spammers could always give up, if the barrier of knowledge, to make a spamming client, would be too high. But I think there is enough determination, that some people will always spam. Because if some altcoiners still cannot make a great chain, then at least they would try to harm others, because of their egos.
