Ah, if there were regulations like this in my country, I would feel completely disgusted and feel like a puppet controlled by its master. This only reduces freedom. For a poor person like me, this must not be a problem because $3.8k, seems pretty huge already in fact. It is only a problem if you are rich, so they better adjust it in order for both parties to be fair. The limit must only be through our deposit and there can be a way to verify it without the need of checking our trading accounts or statistics like they will only see the receipt of our FK11 wallet where the money that we use on trading come from. You are used to be free because you are also living on a free country but if ever this rule suddenly applied to your country, then I'm sorry because you can't do anything and eventually you will still get used to it. The government of any country does not enact laws it doesn't stand to benefit from. Russia is still in a war with Ukraine, the last I heard and am sure this policy may just be to help protect their economy, better differentiate the asset class of citizens and knowledge of the rich from poor. It is a good policy in some way and in some other ways I think it just creates a limit on aspiring traders with little capital and investors alike who aim or see themselves getting wealthy from investment in trading.
