100% agreed and I can't wait. While I do understand AI usefulness and I do see how fast it's improving, I still cannot stand the current hype. And the stocks, contracts, promises and big money revolving around all this is just sickening, especially as most are just speculating and pretty much walking on thin ice. At this point the competition is fierce, since the industry is new and has the potential of creating "new kings". Plus, those who cannot keep up, even if now they seem "to big to fall" the may die off in less than a decade if they make the wrong choice now. The thing is that they seem to get that funding far too easy. And imho OpenAI model keeps falling behind while they still seem to get the bigger money at hand.
