how about to start to be straight forward and tell us where you are located so we can make up our opinion if you are serious or not. you need show a bit more from you It seems that you are serious can i make you an offer ? I'll get the one apartment now with 500,000$ the real value will be 20,000,000$-30,000,000$ If you 100% serious i'll make the deal and you transfer the money directly to seller Im not joking here i don't have money but i know how to make people to do things for me and i use their weakness specially now in real estate i know their owners situation thank you please understand it does not work like this it needs to see a lot of information and papers regarding the seller and his real estate. needs a real estate valuation from an appraiser. and needs a lot of DD I think everyone will agree with this and only then you have a chance that someone will go in any negotiation good luck
