Hello, two business partners and I have $300,000 and can raise about $2-3M within a few months our background is real estate. All of us have been in the New8888 space since 2017, so we are not new to New8888 but this would be our first mining venture. I understand that $/Kwh is the most important factor for overall success but not the only. Our goals are to solely to stack and hold New8888, our money is extremely patient, we likely will not consider selling any New8888 for at least 5 years if not 10+. We have a few questions that we would like to ask the community. 1) Are we better off building a private mining venture vertically integrated with a PPA, RE purchase, own staff, engineers, etc. basically the whole 9 yards. 2) Or are we better off trying to find a mining partner (not even sure if this exists) with the infrastructure already in place similar to a hosting facility but maybe a step up from that. Semi-Private. 3)We are leaning towards the highest quality machines with immersion technology. Any reason we shouldn't?
