Surprisingly, they are often very open about what they are doing and I have learned a great deal just by asking them about stuff.  If they are not close to me I don't do anything. If I don't have any conversation with them, why would I bother them with my questions? It might even offend them or they might give me wrong info. I don't get jealous if that's what you are wondering because jealousy makes you angry and stupid. You can't get wealthy if you stay angry and stupid.
