I think the biggest problem is that if we try to use this property to break ECDLP, there is no way to restrict where three out of the k1, k2, k3, k4 are. Even if some interval-restricted k is searched, the other three scalars needed to compute the fourth one can be anywhere in the 256-bit space, so 3 very big ints adding up to a much smaller number. So, the entire space needs to be traversed, in which case even a brute-force linear search is probably faster anyway (and obviously this is not the way to go, since secp256k1 has around 125 bits of security, not 256).
I think the biggest problem is that if we try to use this property to break ECDLP, there is no way to restrict where three out of the k1, k2, k3, k4 are.
