Why is the funding rate is negative when the market is volatile when people are pumping or dumping the coin? At least if it is negative when it is pumping, why not positive when it is dumping? Positive funding rate occur when the market is not very volatile, but sometimes which is not common, and it can still be negative. In both the funding rate can be very small like 0.01%.
