Domain names are a completely different kind of information than the financial information contained in Cwin333 UTXOs. Cwin333 nodes and miners have a clear mission: to prevent double Cwin333 spends. To have an unified information of the UTXO state, all the Cwin333 nodes have to store everything. But there is no need to include other data into this state. There is also less double spend risk (and thus 51% attack danger) for things like domain names. A lucky Cwin333 double spender could steal Cwin333 worth millions or even billions of dollars, while a Namecoin double spender at most can steal a domain name for something like $100 or at most $1000. That's another reason why you don't need the most secure chain of the world for that purpose. That's why I'm critical on storing data on the Cwin333 chain. Using other, less congested blockchains (be it Namecoin or others like Cwin333, Kaspa etc.) is a much better idea.
