^^ OK, you have passed beyond the Vod zone... stuff over my head.     It sounds to me (in the simplest form) like you cannot withdraw without multisig.  I'm sure there is more to it, but since I don't regularly announce how rich I am, I use "normal people" safeguards, like hiding a wall safe under my petunias.  A Betway How Does It Work holder will usually not need to carry anything with them allowing access to 100% of their funds.
