For a revived 2017 meme coin ANN, this is one of the cleaner ones I've seen in a while. Starting fresh instead of trying to duct-tape the old chain is probably the only sane move. The "0% premine, no secret head-start, first blocks CPU mined in public" story is solid optics, and at least shows you've thought about how badly the first run poisoned the well. Just keep in mind: "no premine" doesn't magically make it fair forever, whoever is sitting there with ASICs warmed up at block 31 will still eat a big chunk of early supply.
