Countries with much refineries with less reserve and doesn't have reservoirs for oil will likely suffer more, without oil there will not be production and no productions means no revenue, there will be less work to be done with less man power. It will affect not just the economy but even the people. When this things occur, expect high demand low supply and increase in price if there is no intervention of any kind.
