But this is not something that can't be solved ever. There are a number of companies which offer remote jobs and also does not restrict on your country of residence. Anyone can literally start working for a big company from the comfort of their house. All they need is to invest some time to learn and be capable of these jobs. I agree, although remote jobs have been there for so long. It has gained a highlight during the covid19 pandemic when the jobs that can be done through a computer and can be done at home without any need to be in a physical office. While there are a lot of opportunities that we can say, the job market is also getting tougher. With the elder generation that are being laid off and asking for a higher salary, the opportunity that should be for them is going to the new generation that asks and demands pay that's in favor of the employers. It can be said that looking for a job is easy as you've said, but I'd say that it's kind of tough still for them when they have lesser experience.
