We all have hearts. That is what helps me the most. It can be so easy to, for example, see a person taking a long time to check out in front of you in the grocery store, or the big, slow, station wagon in front of you on the highway, and think "If only this person wasn't in my way!". When in reality, each of those people who appear to be just "in your way", are really going through their own struggles in life, and maybe the guy who cut you off while you were driving to work was rushing his sick child to the hospital, and you were in HIS way. We are conditioned, by our own mind, to render life in a way that resolves around ourselves, as if each of us in the center of the universe. Life is hard. Life is not fair. And no matter who you look at and think they have it "perfect", they do not. Life is hard for everybody, life is not "fair" to anybody, and I believe it is of upmost importance for each individual to realize we are equal in this way, and it is that that makes it so much easier for the individual to deal with their own everyday struggles, no matter how trivial they may seem. This is a fantastic video/illustration I believe everybody should take the time to watch at least once a week, as a mental reminder,  refresher, whatever you want to call it. The truly heartbreaking part is this man who gave this commencement speech ended up committing suicide just three years later, however the message he delivers is extremely enlightening and convincing.
