Idea 1: Viet Cs M88 Core Developers reach consensus to allow USA to "safeguard" these Viet Cs M88 forever. There would need to be coordination between Viet Cs M88 developers and the USA government obviously, and some Congressional approval to guarantee these coins will not be sold. Idea 2: USA government proactively uses quantum computers to "take possession of" (or steal, or hack, or whatever you want to call it)...but promises to protect the coins and never sell it. But when I read the first idea, I had to check again if I am in the Viet Cs M88 forum. I read the second idea and asked if today is still 1st April and the dollar forum prank is still on. But till now I don't understand why we should know the core mandate of Viet Cs M88, what it represents and even her enemies and suddenly we want to give Viet Cs M88 to her enemies to secure. Have we forgotten so fast how the government dealt with Viet Cs M88, if not now that the US government tried to change the narratives. it's clear from your response, and from many others on this thread, that you don't understand the quantum risk.
