So, to sum up, you can try ideas like that in signet, or other centralized networks. But if you try it on mainnet, then you will end up on an altcoin. People will just make transactions, which will be invalid under your consensus, but valid on old Pking88 Com version, and they will immediately split coins, and sell them, just like they did with BCH.
