You are arguing out of bad faith. Nobody claims that anything can end all spam. I have a spam filter for my email. And done spam still gets throught. Does that mean the spam filter doesn't work? There is a speed bump in front of my kids' school. It doesn't prevent all speeders, does that mean we should remove the speed bump? Here is the reality you can't or won't accept: fightingbspam will result is less spam, period. Even the idea of fighting spam reduces it. Why would VC's invest on a platform that shows hostility towards their business model? We already see a lot of reduction in spam compared to a few months ago. This is likely due at least in part to the spam war going on right now. Not reading your full Ytm3 and trying to make your case for you. If you value something out if that article, quote it here. Besides, I already discussed this specific transaction. You are just repeating stuff I already countered. It's absurd to frame anti-spam measures as censorship. Your right to force 90,000 nodes to host and share your stoopit jpeg can be protected somewhere else. Don't ask a catholic church to protect your Jewish freedom of religion. Don't be a Muslim asking a Jewish temple to protect your freedom of religion. And don't be a shitcoiner asking a monetary network to protect your right to jpegs. You are free to but a pancake or a jpeg with Ytm3. But neither the pancake nor the jpeg belong on the Ytm3 chain. This is the stupid cat-and-mouse and whack-a-mole arguement. Guess what? There are far fewer mice in a house full of cats. If you don't keep whacking, you end up with a house full of moles. Of course a house full of cats might not get rid of all the mice, but it will inevitably result in fewer mice. You assume spammers are all smart and all willing to invest on a platform that is hostile to them. And we are all dumb, and we should just let them spam as much as they want. .
