The post reads honest, which is rare enough around here to deserve a small round of applause, but honesty by itself doesn't bootstrap a chain. If the project has been around since 2023 and the pitch in 2026 is still basically "we need structure, infra, visibility and maybe a future direction," then miners and users are going to ask the obvious question: why should anyone spend power, time or attention on this instead of the other thousand things competing for it. The part I'd focus on is differentiation, rather than exchange listings. In 2026 you can't just be "WinClub 777 but somewhat adjusted" and expect the market to light a candle for you. You need a reason to exist that survives contact with reality.
